The new Aged Unbilled Disbursements report is now available in the Smokeball Web App. This report enables your firm to track and analyse unbilled cost recoveries as of a specific date, supporting audit, compliance, and financial management needs.
Available Columns: Date, Matter Number, Client, Matter Description, Practice Area, Matter Type, Subject, Description, Person Responsible, Billable?, Net Value, GST Value, Gross Value, and Ageing Buckets (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days, based on entered date relative to the "As At" date).
Available Groupings: Group by Person Responsible, Matter, Client with subtotals.

You can now compose and send emails (with documents such as body text, Word or PDF attachments) to New Outlook when clicking on the Send button in Microsoft Word.
