Access Historical Trust Bank Reconciliations and End of Month Reports

Trust bank reconciliations and end of month reports are saved in Smokeball.

This means you can come back and view or print these reports at any time. This is useful if you are being audited.

View Bank Reconciliation reports

1. Open the Smokeball Web App and select Accounts from the left menu.
2. Navigate to the Bank Reconciliation tab and click on the relevant Bank Reconciliation.
   
3. Download or print as required.
   

Access End of Month reports

1. From the Accounts section, select the End of Month tab.
2. Select the trust account if there are multiple.
   
3. Click on the End of Month Report you wish to access.
   
4. Download or print as required.
