You can ensure that your emails are correctly assigned to matters in Smokeball. When you send an email from Outlook, Smokeball can remind you to choose a matter before sending it, so you don't have to worry about forgetting.
To enable this feature:
- Select the gear icon on the top-right corner of Smokeball to open Smokeball Settings.
- Select Outlook and Notifications from the left menu.
- Tick Prompt to select a matter when sending emails.
- (Optional) You can also tick Prompt to rename emails when allocated to a matter if you wish for Smokeball to do so.
Now, whenever unallocated emails are sent, a Select Matter window will pop up, prompting you to select a matter to allocate the email to.
