NSW - Subdivision of Land

This article will show you how to:

• Create a new Subdivison matter
• Add Property Details

To create a new Subdivision matter, follow the steps below:

1. Click New Matter from the Home Screen
2. Select State: NSW
3. Select Matter Category: Conveyancing 
4. Select Matter Type: Subdivision
5. Click Create
   
6. Enter the parties, including all relevant details.  
7. Select Property Details to enter the Property and Title Details and enter the Address, Property Details and Title Particulars. 
8. You can add details for the following common contacts:
   • Council;
   • Surveyor; and
   • Mortgagee, the Mortgagee Solicitor and Mortgage Details. 
9. To add Uncommon Contacts to your matter, open the Matter Settings and select the appropriate contact from the Parties & Data available for your matter.
