Smith.ai is an industry-leading virtual receptionist software program which will help your firm save money, save time, and retain leads. With the Smith.ai integration, any messages or phone calls recorded by a Smith.ai virtual receptionist will be logged in Smokeball.
Link Your Smokeball and Smith.ai Accounts

Navigate to your Smith.ai virtual receptionist dashboard and select the Integrations tab.
- Select Smokeball.
- Select the Connect Smokeball button.
- Login with your Smokeball username and password. Once you sign in, Smith.ai will have authorized access to Smokeball.
Optimize the Smokeball and Smith.ai Integration

For new contacts:
- New leads will be added into Smokeball as Lead – General. You can change the lead type after it is created.
- A phone message added to Smokeball will include all important call details, such as the contact's information, the time and date of the call, call duration, and call summary.

For existing contacts:
- A phone message added to Smokeball will include all important call details, such as the caller’s information, time and date of the call, call duration, call summary, and who the phone message is for.
- Phone messages will not be automatically assigned to a matter, but all calls will appear in Smokeball as Tasks.

Automatic Sync
- All information sent from Smith.ai to Smokeball will be automatically synced, and you do not have to manually transfer any data. Once the virtual receptionist records a call, the data is sent to Smokeball as a lead or phone message.
