Matters in Smokeball include a section for entering information related to discovery to help you effectively manage your litigation cases. Read on to learn more.
Enable discovery details
Some matter types may not have discovery details enabled by default. If that is the case, follow these steps:
- Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of a matter.
- Select the Parties & Data tab and then select Discovery Details.
Enter discovery details
- Click on the Discovery Details field under Matter Details.
- Use the pop-up window to input Document Production, Interrogatories, Requests for Admission, Subpoenas, Depositions, and more.
- Optional: You can use the blue Add link to enter additional parties.
- You may need to re-size the pop-up window if the Add link is not visible. Re-size by mousing over the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up window until your mouse cursor changes into two diagonal arrows, then hold down your left mouse button and drag until the pop-up window is large enough.
