To link related matters together, follow these steps:
- Open your matter and select the related matter icon.
- Search for the matter you want to link.
- Select the matter to be linked.
If successful, the connection will be displayed on both matters. You will see a hyperlink description to the related matter that will allow you to open it in one click.
Remove the link between related matters
If you need to remove the link between two related matters, follow these steps:
- Open one of the linked matters and select the related matter icon.
- Hover your mouse cursor over the matter you wish to unlink.
- Click on the X on the right side of the matter description.
