LawLytics will only be available if you are a Prosper+ user or if you are a Boost/Grow user with the LeadPro addon.
Export all leads generated by your website into Smokeball using our integration with LawLytics. Read on to learn more.
Link your Smokeball account to LawLytics
- Select the Integrations tab in LawLytics and then select Smokeball.
- Select Connect.
- Login using your Smokeball username and password.
Export intake forms to Smokeball
Forms can be exported to Smokeball automatically or one at a time. To automatically export all forms:
- Select the Integrations tab on LawLytics and then select the Settings link under Smokeball.
- Select the Contact Our Firm checkbox.
To export forms one at a time:
- Select the Leads tab in LawLytics and then select Form Submissions.
- Review the overview of form submissions and select the individual form you wish to export.
- Select Export to Smokeball.
View LawLytics forms in Smokeball
- All forms imported from LawLytics will appear as general leads in Smokeball.
- Each prospect who contacted your firm will be entered as a contact. Their name, phone, and email will automatically be entered into the contact card. Any message left on their form will be included on the contact card under the Notes section.
