Birdeye Integration

Connect Smokeball client data to Birdeye to efficiently manage review requests seamlessly.

Birdeye is an all-in-one platform that helps your firm manage client interactions. Use Birdeye to manage your firm's digital footprint, such as requesting reviews from your clients, boosting your firm's visibility on search engines and converting website visitors into leads.

How the Birdeye integration works

The Birdeye integration will pull client information from Smokeball once a day from the closed matters of the previous day. Birdeye collects the following information about the client:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Birdeye will automatically send them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.

Set up the Birdeye integration

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please contact Birdeye Technical Support at 1-800-561-3357 (Ext. 3) or email them at support@birdeye.com

Specify to the technical support team if you wish for Birdeye to trigger fetching client data based on Open matters or Closed matters.

Once the team has set this up:

  1. Log in to Birdeye and navigate to the Settings tab on the left navigation panel of the Birdeye dashboard.
  2. Select Business Profile under the Profile section, then click on the specific location for which you have set up the integration.   
  3. Scroll down to CRM Integrations, then select Authorize Smokeball.

  4. Log in with your Smokeball username and password, then select Sign in.

After signing in successfully, the CRM Integrations section will show the word Authorized next to Smokeball.
