Bundledocs Integration

Bundledocs is a solution for legal professionals to easily create and collaborate on court, arbitration, and other case documentation.

Learn how to use Bundledocs with Smokeball so you can:

• Upload documents to Bundledocs from Smokeball
• Download completed Bundles from Bundledocs

Create a bundle

1. In Bundledocs, select New Bundle.
2. Enter a unique code and title that you can refer to.
3. Select Create.
   
4. Click on the newly created Bundle to edit the sections.
   1. Click on the name of the Default Bundle Section and rename it by typing in the field and hitting Enter on your keyboard. You can also select the Folder icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
      
   2. To create additional sections, select the Add Section icon.
      

Upload Smokeball documents to Bundledocs

Smokeball can be chosen as an upload source when adding a document to Bundledocs.

1. In Bundledocs, select the Add document icon.
2. Choose your Upload Location from the drop-down menu, then select Smokeball from the Choose from Storage Apps section.
   
3. You will be prompted to log into your Smokeball account and authorize it if necessary. Choose your region from the drop-down menu and select OK.
   
4. Input your Smokeball login details and select Sign In.
5. Expand the Recent Matters section to search by Matters or Folders.
   
6. Once you select a folder in the matter, documents will load on the right-hand side of the screen. Tick one or more documents you wish to upload.
   • To upload an entire folder, tick the box next to Documents to select all.
     
7. Select OK to begin uploading.
8. Once the documents have successfully been uploaded, they will appear green in the upload area. Select Close to return to the Bundledocs Workspace.
   

Generate a Bundle

1. Once you are happy with your bundle, select the Generate icon in Bundledocs.
2. Customize your bundle to your requirements. Refer to the Bundledocs Help Center for resources on this.
3. Select Generate.
   
4. Once your bundle has been generated, a preview will appear. You can preview your completed bundle and see it has been automatically indexed, paginated, sectioned and hyperlinked.
   • Bundledocs will automatically email you when your bundle has been generated. Once you receive this email, you will know your bundle is available and ready to download.

Access generated Bundles

1. Select the Download icon in Bundledocs.
2. Use the drop-down menu to choose from the last six bundles you have generated.
3. Select the Download arrow icon to download the bundle.
