Smokeball and compatibility with the new Outlook

Microsoft is in the process of rolling out a new Outlook experience for all Outlook users.

Can Smokeball support New Outlook?

New Outlook mainly focuses on the browser-based version of Outlook, however with limited functionality compared to Classic Outlook.

With this in mind, the New Outlook integration is only available to firms on the Smokeball Boost plan at this point in time. Microsoft needs to continue to add functionality to New Outlook to ensure we can provide the same functionality we offer now for firms on Smokeball Grow and Prosper+.

We will continue building out the New Outlook integration as Microsoft releases more functionality in New Outlook. Our eventual goal is to give Smokeball Grow and Prosper+ users the option to integrate with either New or Classic Outlook.
