TXdocs Integration

Smokeball features an integration with TXdocs which simplifies document automation for Texas attorneys. With TXdocs, you can quickly send data from your matters for document automation and easily save the created document back to your matter.

The following information will be carried over from Smokeball to TXdocs:

• Client Information
  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Address
• Matter Information
  • Matter Status
  • Internal Reference number
  • Date Opened
  • Attorney Responsible

Set up TXdocs integration

1. Use the gear icon to open Smokeball Settings.
2. Navigate to Integrations and select TXdocs.
3. Select Authorize and input your TXdocs credentials.
4. You will receive a confirmation message once TXdocs authorizes the integration.

Access TXdocs in Smokeball

1. Each matter with Texas designated as the jurisdiction will have a TXdocs button on its action bar.
2. Select the TXdocs button and enter your initials when prompted.
3. You will then be able to use the suite of TXdocs features.

Note: Any document created in TXdocs will be automatically saved back to the matter in a designated TXdocs folder.

Q: My TXdocs appears to have gone missing from the integrations tab in Smokeball settings. What should I do?

A: Please reach out to our support team if TXdocs goes missing from your Smokeball.
