For firms that handle more than 20 inbound leads per month, Intaker can extend the functionality of Smokeball’s lead management tools to include the ability to enroll prospects into marketing and/or educational messages through email or text. When ready, you can then convert the lead in Smokeball to a matter.

Set up Intaker

  1. While on your Intaker Dashboard, navigate to Integrations and then select Continue to set up.
  2. Select Activate and log in to your Smokeball account with your admin credentials.

  3. Select the default US state for which your case will be created, as well as your default lead type, and then select Activate.
  4. You can now toggle the integration on or off from inside your Intaker dashboard. You can also reactivate the integration to change the default settings you selected.

Using Intaker in Smokeball

Once set up, Intaker will create a contact as a Lead in Smokeball. Chat conversation details will be added as a memo in the Lead. Leads which come through a website form will link back to Intaker, meaning your firm can view the record and any enroll sequences.
