RECORD Integration

RECORD is a novel app that uses automated data collection, treatment tracking, and client communication to improve personal injury case management. All data collected in RECORD is sent back to Smokeball. In addition to centralizing case information and easing rote administrative work, you can use RECORD to send clients automated reminders and notifications about treatment plans.

Set Up RECORD

1. Log in to Smokeball with your username and password.
2. Open Firm Settings and select Integrations.
3. Select RECORD integration.
4. Follow the prompts to authorize the integration. You will need to grant permission to share data between Smokeball and RECORD.
5. Customize your integration settings to best suit your workflow.
6. Select Save to activate the integration.
