Matter Tags are a feature to help you organize your matters with more specificity. Many Smokeball users who specialize in Workers' Compensation find the following tags to be helpful:

Once you assign a tag to a matter, it will appear at the top of the matter.
Assign and Edit Matter Tags
Within your open matter, click the + near the top left of the screen next to the tag icon. Add (1) Staff Tags or (2) Custom Tags.
Click outside the tag box to close it. To add an additional tag within your open matter Edit Tags and add additional default options.
