Civil Litigation Case Details

In Civil Matter types, you can use Case Details to keep track of court information, Statute of Limitations, and Complaint and Answer dates. Depending on the matter type and state, the Case Details layout will have different information to track. Many Civil Matter types also have specialized additional layouts to supplement the information found on the Case Details layout.
