Use tickets/charges to keep track. Be sure to indicate if the ticket/charge has a separate case number. In some jurisdictions, there different case numbers for each charge. Smokeball allows you to indicate that and record their respective case numbers. It is important to note your client’s prior charges. Case details is where to note that information. Did You Know Case Details does not have a field for hearing dates, but you can keep track of these using calendar events. If you need to enter information that does not have a designated field, such as a PI or consultant, then the best practice is to add them as an authorized contact.
