Deposit and Payment Receipts
- In Smokeball Billing settings, set up your Trust Account Settings
- Enable the Trust Account, provide a Trust Account name, and select the options.
- (2) Make sure the Trust Account is activated and enter the Trust Account Name as you want it to appear on the deposit receipt
- (3) Choose to always open a PDF receipt after you create a trust deposit (optional)
- Unless you select "always open PDF receipt" as a default, select the option to open a receipt when making a deposit or payment.
- If a receipt is not generated by default, you can generate a receipt at any time from the individual transactions
- A PDF will open in a new tab to email, download, or print.
