Rearrange plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and civil dispute matters to ensure that your caption presents parties in the correct order.
- Open the personal injury or civil dispute matter.
- Right click on the plaintiff or defendant you need to move.
- Select Move to Top, Move to Bottom, Move Up, or Move Down.
- Select the Caption button and choose your form template.
- The parties will appear in the same order in the caption as they do within the matter.
