Learn how to change the Matter Type of an existing matter in Smokeball.
- Click on the Matter Type field under Matter Details.
- Select change...
- Select the new matter type and then select OK.
- Enter a Reason For Change and then select OK.
- If there are some matter fields that do not apply to the changed matter type, a confirmation message will appear. Tick the message to continue.
- These matter fields will be deleted from the matter.
- Contact information on the matter will be saved, even if the matter type is changed.
