New Features
Improvements to Professional Fee Summary in invoices
The Professional Fee Summary table now shows the full name of the timekeeper, the hours they completed and their rate.
- Rows are grouped by timekeeper. If a timekeeper has varying hourly rates, each different rate will be shown on a separate line.
- Fees written off will now also be included in the summary, in strikethrough italics.
- The Role column can be toggled off in Invoice Template Settings.

Add a Pay Now button to Invoice Reminder emails
When customising your invoice reminder email template, you now have the option to insert a Pay Now button anywhere on the body of the email.
To access this functionality, your firm must have enabled credit card payments in Smokeball Billing.
Note: If the Pay Now button is disabled on a matter, this Pay Now button will not display in Invoice Reminder emails.
Print and export Time and Fee entries
You now have the option to print or generate a .CSV file of time and fee entries in a matter.
The exported data displays the same columns as seen in the matter:

You now have the option to print or generate a .CSV file of disbursement entries in a matter.

Refinements
- The Matters tab when clicking into a contact now loads faster, especially if there are many matters associated with that contact.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where making an expense payable by cheque on a finalised invoice did not save all fields.
