How Dynamic Connect works
The Dynamic Connect team will manage installation requirements, including requesting your firm to authenticate Smokeball with Dynamic Connect. They will also collaborate with your photocopier supplier, telephone system vendor and IT to integrate solutions as required.
Once Dynamic Connect has been authenticated, matter data can be displayed on photocopiers and desktop pop-ups. Transaction information from Dynamic Connect can also be posted to Smokeball, with resulting transactions appearing on Smokeball invoices.
