Smokeball Boost release
We are excited to announce Boost, a new Smokeball tier that is completely web-based and allows you to bill and manage matters from any device that can run a web browser.

The Smokeball free trial has been expanded to include the productivity features of Smokeball Boost.
Does your firm solely require the billing, invoicing and trust accounting functionalities of Smokeball? These features are offered on the Smokeball Bill (formerly Smokeball Start) tier.
New URL
The old Smokeball Billing web app URL (billing.smokeball.com) will redirect you to app.smokeball.com. If this is the first time you access this link, you will be prompted to enter your Smokeball login details.
New user interface
We have introduced a modern and streamlined interface for Smokeball Boost.
Toggle Email Settings
The gear icon on the top-right corner of Smokeball Boost now includes a Preferences option where you can opt to turn on Daily Digest emails.
New report - Money Received
You can now run a report for money received in a specified date range.
The report contains the following filters:
- Payment Date From and Payment Date To
- Trust Account name
- Source (Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Cheque, Trust Account/s)
- Group By Trust Account, Source, Matter Type, Client, Received From
