How to view the full list of Intake Forms available to my firm

You can access the full list of Intake Forms from within the Smokeball desktop and web app at any time. 

Smokeball Desktop app:

1. Select File from the top-left corner of Smokeball and select Intake Forms from the dropdown.
   
   
   
   
2. You will then see a list of all available Intake Forms, including all Lead forms and Matter forms.
   
   
   
   Note: Use the filter dropdown beside the Search field to narrow the list to either Lead forms or Matter forms. The list will include any custom created forms your firm has built.
   
   

Smokeball Web App:

1. Select the Settings (gear) icon on the bottom-left corner of the Smokeball web app, and then select Intake Forms.
   
   
   
   
2. Same as the desktop app view, you will then see a list of all available Intake Forms, including all Lead forms and Matter forms.
   
   Note: Use the filter dropdown field beside the Search field to narrow the list to either Lead forms or Matter forms. The list will include any custom created forms your firm has built.
