Print an Intake Form

Intake forms allow for effective management of client information. If you need to print an intake form for review purposes, below is a guide to assist you in printing an intake form from Smokeball.

Print an Intake Form from the Smokeball Desktop App

1. Open the matter file.
2. Navigate to the Files section at the bottom of the matter, then open the Intake folder.
   
3. Find your Intake Form. Double-click on the form to open it in your PDF reader application.
4. Print the Intake Form from your PDF reader application.
   

Print an Intake Form from the Smokeball Web App

1. Open the matter file.
2. Navigate to the Documents tab, then double-click on the Intake folder.
   
3. Find your Intake Form and click on it to open the preview. Select the Print icon from the top-right corner of the PDF preview.
