Learn how to customise your email containers.
Email containers are pre-written templates that provide a standard structure for your emails so that staff members in your firm can send emails to clients and other parties that follow a consistent look.Â
Just like letter containers, you can:
- Create a structure for your Dear line and sign-off for your emails and;
- Link them to precedents that are to be sent as emails.

Create a blank email templateÂ
You can use your email container to create a blank email template to then be edited and sent to clients and other parties.
