The Divorce (WA) matter type provides the necessary contact cards and layouts for an application for Divorce in the Family Court of Western Australia. Create a separate matter for advice about parenting or property arrangements.
You can select whether you act for the Applicant or the Respondent.
Common Contact Cards and Layouts
The following Contact Cards and Layouts appear by default on a Divorce (WA) matter:
- Applicant and Applicant’s Solicitor (as applicable).
If it is a joint Application for Divorce, you can add another Applicant and leave the Respondent contact card blank. - Respondent and Respondent’s Solicitor (as applicable)
- Relationship Details
Enter the parties’ cohabitation, marriage, separation and divorce details.  - Case Details
Enter the details of the court proceedings. Â
