Independent Children’s Lawyer (WA)

The Independent Children’s Lawyer (WA) matter type provides the necessary contact cards and layouts when acting as a court appointed Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL) to represent the best interests of children in family law parenting cases in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Precedent Library
