Connecting Mary Technology to Smokeball

1. Log in to your Mary Technology account and select Settings from the left menu.
2. Select the Integrations tab and click Connect next to Smokeball.
   
3. Sign in with your Smokeball username and password.
4. Once you have successfully connected to Smokeball, a green 'Connected' button will appear next to Smokeball in the Integrations tab:
   

Using Mary Technology with Smokeball

When you generate chronologies in Mary Technology, you will now have the option to select documents stored in Smokeball by selecting Import from Smokeball. 

A list of your matters will appear on the screen. You can also use the search box on the top-right corner to search for matters.

Click on the relevant matter and all folders and documents will appear in view. 

Select the checkbox next to the documents you wish to add to the chronology, then select Add to Mary on the bottom-right corner.

If you've added some documents by mistake, select the bin icon next to them on the next screen to remove them from the draft.

Select Next to review your documents for a final time before you select Submit to generate the first draft of your chronology.

Once the chronology has been generated, you can export the contents back to Smokeball by selecting Export on the right-hand side of the screen. 

A window will pop up with your list of matters. Click on the matter you wish to save the chronology to, then select Save Chronology.

Once the export is done, go back to your matter in Smokeball and the chronology document will appear in the Documents section.
