Connect Law Tram to Smokeball
- Log in to your Law Tram Partners Portal and select Integration.
- Click on Smokeball and select Connect now.
- Enter your Smokeball login details and select Sign in.
- Upon successful login, you will be directed back to Law Tram, and your connection date and time will appear on the Smokeball integration page.
Push a Law Tram matter to Smokeball
Once you have connected Smokeball to Law Tram, you can select the Law Tram matters you wish to send to Smokeball.
- From the Matters page, click on View Matter next to the matter you wish to send to Smokeball.
- Click on the orange Smokeball->Create Matter button.
- Select the Practice Area from the Category drop-down menu, then select the Matter Type.
- Select Synchronise to Smokeball now.
- Once the process has been completed, a success message will appear. Select OK.
In Smokeball, the matter and contact details will be created, and a copy of the Client Brief can also be accessed from your matter's documents.
