Learn how to connect Smokeball to Torri, allowing you to sync contract reviews from Torri back to Smokeball to a new or existing matter.
Connecting Smokeball to Torri
To get started, select Connect to Smokeball on the Torri log in screen. If you are already logged in to Smokeball on your PC, you will be taken directly to the Torri workspace.
Sending a contract review to Smokeball from Torri
To sync a contract review to Smokeball:
Click on the contract on the left-hand menu, then select Smokeball on the top-right corner of the screen.
Type in the name of an existing matter, or create a new matter to be synced back to Smokeball.
If creating a new matter, enter the Client details in the Client field, then select Create & Link.
Click to expand the Property Details, Sale terms and Contacts section to check or enter information that will be sent to the Smokeball matter.
Under the Also Include section, choose whether you would also like Torri to sync the Contract Review Report PDF and/or the Analysis memos to the Smokeball matter's Documents List and/or Memos section, respectively.
- Select Sync Now.
Open the matter in Smokeball - the data you have chosen to sync to Smokeball will appear in the Matter Details of the matter.
