What is the RingCentral by Captivo Labs Integration?
The RingCentral by Captivo Labs Integration aims to seamlessly connect information from RingCentral to the correct contact and matter in Smokeball, by:
- Showing the matching Smokeball contact when a call starts
- Recording the call against the correct matter, with the call length and your notes
- Letting you type call notes in the RingCentral dialler
- Using AI to summarise the call and create tasks from it
- Letting you call a client from a phone number in Smokeball
Before you begin
- Ensure you have an existing RingCentral account with App Connect access.
- The first step involves downloading the RingCentral App Connect extension from the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Web Store. If your firm has managed IT that restricts downloading browser extensions, you may need to ask them to allow this extension.
