Once you enter contacts into Smokeball or have been imported during your initial configuration process, they will be available for review in the Contacts section.
- Select Contacts from the left panel.
- Scroll through the list or type the name of the contact to view into the Quick Search bar (don't press enter).
- Select the contact name. This opens the Contact Card, where you can edit the contact.

View contact details in a matter
By single-clicking on a party in the Matter Details section, you can view their contact information in the Contact Details section on the right side of the matter window. This allows you to draft an email or letter to the party, or make any necessary changes to their contact information.
Select the desired contact in the Matter Details area, and Contact Details will show under Matter Widgets.
You can use the Contact Details to create a letter or view the contact card.
