Use the Matter Timeline to surface all the key actions conducted on a matter into one easy-to-digest area.
Every Matter has a Matter Timeline. Select Timeline on Widgets to switch to the Matter Timeline View.
The matter timeline focuses on providing the following information:
- Emails (sent and received)
- Client Portal messages (sent and received)
- Memos created
- Completed Tasks
- Standard tasks
- Phone messages (left and returned)
- Zoom meetings
- Events attended
- InfoTrack documents returned
The Matter Timeline is organised to show the newest activities completed. Scroll down to see additional activities.
Select any of the activities to open and review the activity in further detail.
To set the Matter Timeline as your default view over widgets, right-click on Timeline and select Set as Default.
