Support availability over the Christmas and New Year period
Support is available in a limited capacity during normal hours (except public holidays) between 23rd December and 3rd January.
Support hours during the holiday period
Smokeball Support will be closed on December 24th and 25th in observance of the holidays. We will be closed on January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day. Please email support@smokeball.com with any questions. Thank you!
