To get started, the first step is to download & install Smokeball on your computer.
The Smokeball native application only available for PC/Windows machines. Is not available on Mac.
Smokeball WebApp can be accessed from Chrome web browser or via the desktop app.
Install Smokeball yourself
Smokeball integrates with Microsoft Word and Outlook and is optimised to work best with Microsoft 365. Please ensure Microsoft 365 is installed before Smokeball.
Step 1: Before you start, perform a diagnostic test on every PC to make sure your machine meets Smokeball Specifications. If the tool shows all green ticks and no red crosses, your system can run Smokeball. If you are unsure, please contact our support team.
Step 2: Download and install Smokeball software on every desktop computer or laptop you may use.

Install the mobile apps
Smokeball’s free mobile apps allow you to keep tabs on your firm on the go:

Google Chrome extension
We will also install a Google Chrome extension so you can save webpages and PDFs straight into a Smokeball matter.
