You can export Messages conversations to your matter’s documents section if you wish to keep an additional record of your correspondence. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Messages tab of your matter.
- Select the conversation you wish to export.
- Select the three vertical dots and then select Export Conversation to the Matter.
The conversation will be saved as a .CSV file to your matter’s documents section.
