Download copies of all matter files for offline access

If you need to download local copies of all your matter's files in order to access them offline, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Documents section of your matter.
2. Select All Files.
   • You should also select the Show All Files icon (three bullet point lines). 
3. Click on one file and then press Ctrl + A to select all files.
4. Right-click and select Download.

Downloaded files will be denoted by a green cloud icon with a checkmark.

Note: This functionality allows you to save a new temporary file. However, if you log out of Smokeball, not just close, but log out, it will clear your temporary files.

You can find the files with Windows File Explorer by navigating to Smokeball > data > mattermanagement. In the screenshot below, Smokeball is installed in the Program Files folder on the C: drive. 

Although the files are in that folder upon downloading, they will have hexadecimal names. Thus, it is easier to navigate within Smokeball to the files.
