This feature is currently undergoing beta testing.
If necessary, you can remove a client's ability to view a shared Communicate Client Portal file. Follow these steps:
- Right-click on the document in your matter which needs to be restricted.
- Select Properties.
- Select the Access tag.
- Select the blue Remove Access link.
- Review the pop-up warning message and select the Remove Access button. Note: The warning pop-up will let you know if multiple participants are affected.
You can confirm that client access has been removed if the Properties tab says "This document is only accessible within Smokeball."
