Files received from the Communicate Client Portal will automatically be saved into the relevant matter’s Documents section.
- Files from the client portal will be indicated by a chat bubble icon in the Shared column.
- To display this Shared column, right-click on the grey table header and select Shared.
Note: Files sent to you via the Communicate Client Portal will also appear in the matter's documents section on the Web App. However, the Shared column and bubble icon indicator do not exist on the Web App at this time.
