- Sync case progress with your clients and avoid sending manual updates
- Set up automated updates and reminders through the Quilia app to reduce the volume of inquiries you receive from your clients
- Users can track milestones on the Quilia app as their case advances to ensure compliance and better case outcomes
Set up Quilia
- Navigate to quilia.com and create an account.
- Log in to your Quilia account and navigate to the Integrations page.
- Select Smokeball from the list of integrations and select Connect.
- Enter your Smokeball credentials into the pop-up window.Â
- Select Allow Access to connect Quilia to Smokeball.
Once you have set up your account, you should introduce the Quilia app to your clients as soon as possible. Your clients can download the Quilia app from the iOS app store or Google Play.Â
