What the Integration Does

When a new or existing client calls your firm, Clerx AI answers professionally, captures caller details, qualifies the inquiry, and records a structured summary of the conversation. All of this data is automatically synced into Smokeball:

• New leads are created in Smokeball with the caller's name, phone number, email, and case details.
• Contacts are created or matched to existing records in your Smokeball account.
• Call summaries are logged to the contact record, including the time and date of the call, call duration, caller information, and a summary of the legal inquiry.
• Consultations can be scheduled in real time with calendar sync.

All information sent from Clerx AI to Smokeball is automatically synced, and you do not have to manually transfer any data. Once Clerx AI completes a call, the data is sent to Smokeball as a lead or contact with a full call summary.

Link Your Smokeball and Clerx AI Accounts

1. Log in to your Clerx AI dashboard at app.clerx.ai.
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
3. Select Smokeball from the available integrations.
4. Click Connect Smokeball.
5. Log in with your Smokeball username and password. Once you sign in, Clerx AI will have authorized access to Smokeball.
6. Click Save Configuration.

Once connected, Clerx AI will automatically sync leads, contacts, and call summaries into Smokeball.

How the Integration Works

• For new contacts:
  • New leads will be added into Smokeball with the caller's name, phone number, email address, and details about their legal inquiry.
  • A call summary added to Smokeball will include all important call details, such as the contact's information, the time and date of the call, call duration, and a summary of the conversation.
• For existing contacts:
  • Clerx AI will match the caller to an existing contact in Smokeball when possible.
  • A call summary will include the caller's information, time and date of the call, call duration, call summary, and who the message is for.
• Automatic sync:
  • All information sent from Clerx AI to Smokeball is automatically synced. Once the AI receptionist completes a call, the data is sent to Smokeball as a lead or call record. You do not have to manually transfer any data.
