Smokeball makes it easy to access important files within your Matters.
If you find yourself going back and searching for the same file over and over again, create a File Favorite.
How to Use File Favorites
- Mark any important file(s) of a Matter as a favorite for quick access by selecting the star,
- Select the star again to remove any file from your favorites.
- All favorites will have a star icon.
- Use the filter to only see your favorites. Note: Favorites are per staff member so each person can have their own.
Did You Know
You cannot bookmark or favorite individual matters. However, you can use matter tags if you wish to keep track of specific matters.
