By default, matters in Smokeball use the rates which are set in the Staff & Users section of Smokeball settings. However, it is possible to adjust your rate on a per matter basis for special cases and clients. Follow these steps:
- Under Matter Details, select Matter Info.
- Select the Billing tab in the popup window.
- Under Hourly Rate, choose to override the default hourly rate for all staff in the designated field or override the default rate for individual staff members on the matter in the textbox.
