This DocketSync integration is currently only available for litigation matters in Florida, Georgia, New York, and New Jersey.
DocketSync is a service offered by InfoTrack which helps your firm sync documents from the court docket without manually checking a court website. Our new integration with DocketSync will allow you to use this feature within Smokeball without having to directly upload documents to your matters.
Follow these steps to use this feature:
- Open a Florida, Georgia, New York, or New Jersey litigation matter.
- Select the DocketSync button. You will be directed to InfoTrack’s website.
- Search for your case on InfoTrack and set up your DocketSync subscription.
- Once your case is selected on InfoTrack and your DocketSync subscription is set, any new documents filed in the case will automatically be available in the related Smokeball matter.
