Deploying the Smokeball Desktop App via Intune

You can deploy the Smokeball Desktop App using the standard .exe installer available on our website. 

We no longer provide an MSI for deployment, but managed IT services can still deploy the latest version via MS Intune or similar tools.

For a silent installation, use the following parameters:

• /s or /silent

• Exit codes:

  • 0 = Successful installation

  • 1 = Unsuccessful installation

  • 2 = Successful installation, but a restart is required

Installation logs will be outputted to %temp% with filenames such as:

Smokeball-Bootstrapper-[timestamp].log

SmokeballOfficeInstallation-[timestamp].log
