Smokeball's mobile app puts your entire firm into the palm of your hand. Every matter, contact, calendar event, task, and time entry is available wherever you are.
Any action you take on Smokeball's Mobile App syncs with the Smokeball desktop app and the web app.
Download the Mobile App
The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Logging into the Mobile App
When you first open the mobile app, enter your Smokeball email and password to log in.
If you are having trouble logging in, make sure the region is listed as AU from the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.
Navigating the mobile app
Homepage
When you open the Mobile App, the Daily Digest will appear. This shows all calendar events, tasks due, and phone messages for today.
Menu
Select the hamburger (three horizontal lines) icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen to get quick access to all features of the Mobile App.
Create New
Tap on the Plus icon at the bottom of the screen to quickly create a new Contact, Disbursement, Event, Lead, Memo, Task, Time Entry or Timer.
Search
To search for contacts, events, leads, matters or tasks, select Search from the bottom of the app.
To narrow your search, tap on the filter icon.
