To find anything in Smokeball, utilise the Quick Search and Advanced Search features.
Smokeball Desktop App
- On the Smokeball Home Screen, enter information in the search bar.
- Select Advanced Search to show all results.
- Advanced Search will categorise all search results into Leads, Matters, Contacts, Events, Tasks, Memos and Documents. Click on the tabs to view the results.
- Select Save Conflict Check to save search results to the Documents section of a specific matter if needed.
You can search for documents in individual matters by entering search terms in the search bar within the matter.
Smokeball Web App
From any tab in Smokeball, enter your search terms in the search bar on the top-right corner. Smokeball will display search results across all matters, leads and contacts directly under the search.
Select See all results at the bottom of the preview to conduct a full search in Smokeball, including finding invoices, tasks, memos and documents containing this search term.
