A profile picture, relationship manager and importance level
Recording notes and follow-up tasks that can be assigned to a staff member
You can also click on any contact record in RedView to get a client-centric view of their:
General contact information
Related matters in Smokeball
General performance using a customisable dashboard (useful for commercial clients)
Referrer management
Like client contacts, RedView CRM also syncs your Referrer contacts from Smokeball as a source of truth.
Clicking on a referrer record allows you to view more information, such as the matters referred, and a customisable referrer dashboard.
Lead enquiry management
When adding a new enquiry into RedView CRM, the system will check for duplicate contacts that may exist in Smokeball.
When the lead in RedView is converted to a matter, you can enter the matter information directly from RedView. Upon saving, a new matter will be created in Smokeball.
Marketing
In RedView CRM, you can group Smokeball contacts into lists for marketing purposes and campaigns, or simply to export them to a spreadsheet.
