Reauthorise InfoTrack

Learn how to reauthorise your InfoTrack login to fix the "Your credentials have expired" error when accessing InfoTrack in Smokeball.

Before you begin

These steps only need to be done by one user in the firm - the user who is the admin of the InfoTrack account. Once they are authorised, it should apply the authorisation to every user in the firm.

  1. Select the Settings (gear) icon on the top-right corner of Smokeball to access Smokeball Settings.
  2. Select Integrations from the left panel.
  3. Select InfoTrack. 
  4. Select Deauthorise.
  5. Select Authorise and enter your InfoTrack login credentials. If you are unsure of your InfoTrack login credentials, contact InfoTrack.
  6. Select Save.
